"I have been working at Seltzer Management Group for almost four years, and could not be happier with my decision to join this team. Seltzer is truly a team environment where I feel appreciated as an employee and as a person. While here I have gained invaluable knowledge to further my career and better perform in my position. The management staff takes time to check in frequently with their employees to ensure they are set up for success professionally, while also having genuine concern for each individual personally. I recently went through some health challenges in my life and everyone on our team was quick to offer any help they could provide during this time. I have never felt this level support from an employer and colleagues. "

"I have been in the affordable housing industry since 2017, and have worked alongside of Seltzer Management for 4 years before becoming employed with them in February 2022. When I began in LIHTC community, I knew SMG was where I wanted my career to land. Every interaction I had ever experienced was pleasant and I was always provided with great knowledge and understanding. This is the beginning of the rest of my career and I am so happy to be surrounded by a wonderful group of people who make me feel like family. "

"I love that I work for a company that respects me as an employee and as a mother and wife. It’s a whole package. After 6 years I still feel as lucky as I did the day I was hired. I am proud to say I am an employee of Seltzer! "

"I have had the pleasure of working at Seltzer Management Group (SMG) for the past nineteen years. The company has provided me with an enriching employment experience, including development opportunities, starting as an entry level employee to becoming a member of the management team. SMG has an impressive benefits package which includes paid sick/vacation time; health care; profit-sharing; and a 401K plan with employer matching funds. In addition to all of the above, there is the ability to work from home. I am proud to say I work for a company that is family-oriented, compassionate, supportive, and genuinely cares about its employees, the community where we live and the clients we serve. "

"Seltzer Management is the best company I have ever worked for and with. The salary and benefits package are very competitive, but more importantly, owner and management genuinely care about employees as individuals. Seltzer promotes from within, and empowers staff with training and knowledge. The I.T. Dept is exceptional, and ensures current technology is available and equipment is in working order. The H.R. Dept is excellent at keeping track of employee compensation and benefits. There is a comradery within management and staff, and everyone helps each other, whether in the home office or in satellite offices. All of this is evident with so many employees staying until they retire, as I plan to do!"
