Seltzer‘s Compliance Department is dedicated to maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements for housing programs. We accomplish this by implementing established monitoring procedures and oversight measures. In order to ensure property owners adhere to regulatory documents, an array of tools is utilized, including on-site physical inspections, thorough reviews of tenant files, analysis of property occupancy, and assessments of administrative procedures. Our Compliance Department goes above and beyond by providing comprehensive support, which includes one-on-one communication, training sessions such as Introductory Conferences, personalized third-party training solutions, and active involvement in quarterly Compliance Training Workshops. These initiatives are all geared toward fostering a culture of compliance and excellence within the housing programs we monitor.
